(1) Cleaning and assembly.

The repairman must remove welding slag and adhesive residue, and then clean the body surface. Especially for bare metal surfaces, anti-corrosion materials must be sprayed on them. After the body repair work, assembly is required. The finished body, local accessories, parts to be replaced and disassembled parts shall be assembled according to the requirements of the original vehicle.

(2) Four wheel alignment.

The vehicle shall be debugged or tested. For the vehicle with serious collision, the four-wheel alignment must be carried out. The four-wheel alignment is to check whether the wheel inclination and toe in of the vehicle conform to the original standard through the four-wheel aligner. If not, random adjustment can be made. Only when the positioning data of the vehicle is accurate, the vehicle's handling performance and stability can reach a good state, and the service life of the tires can reach a long time. Through the four-wheel alignment inspection, if some data are found to be inconsistent with the specified standards, debugging shall be carried out until all parameters are within the standard range. The supervisor shall check the repair quality and then hand over the body to be painted.

(3) Cleaning method.

① The inner ceiling shall be cleaned carefully. The cleaning method is usually to use a high-power vacuum tube and brush to clean a large area, then use a neutral detergent to focus on cleaning dirt, and then conduct a comprehensive cleaning.

② The specific cleaning method is to first use a high-power vacuum cleaner for dust collection, and at the same time, cooperate with the ceiling soft brush for preliminary cleaning. Then spray the neutral foam cleaner on the lint of the ceiling. Generally, the high-quality foam cleaner will "hang" on the ceiling for a long time. Wait a few minutes, then gently scrub with the special cleaning soft brush for the ceiling, and then use a wet towel to wipe.

Do not use other hard bristle brushes, otherwise the fluff will fall off easily. The foam cleaner is used for the suede ceiling, but you must buy the right one (the dry one for washing cloth sofa, and the one that will coagulate the dust into beads after spraying). Then vacuum it. For stubborn stains, it is necessary to spray foam repeatedly for scrubbing. After cleaning, use another piece of clean cotton cloth to smooth along the direction of the fuzz on the roof to restore the original appearance.
