Generally speaking, the wear of punch leads to the smaller punch hole (special-shaped hole needs specific analysis), so when surveying and mapping, we can take its large value, cross-section quality should not be forgotten, because the punch is manufactured with the basic size of the hole + the large value within the allowable deviation multiplied by 0.5-0.75, so as to leave the wear amount, after a period of time, the use of punch hole becomes smaller, but as long as the quality of the cross-section is also acceptable, then its quality is acceptable. When the value is still within tolerance range, it is correct to take a large value at this time (similarly, it should be excluded that the excessive value has some factors such as deformation in the direction of plate thickness, such as hole warping, especially thin plate).
