In the process of producing automobile stamping parts, it is easy to affect the service life of the die and the quality of stamping products because of the raw materials, heat treatment, structure, use specification and maintenance frequency of the die used, so how can we reduce or avoid the occurrence of this matter in the production of automobile stamping parts?
1、 The product design of automobile stamping parts needs to meet the requirements of use and technical performance, and is convenient for die assembly.
2、 In order to design automobile stamping parts, we must adopt the scheme of improving material utilization rate and reducing material loss, so that stamping parts can achieve zero waste or less waste as much as possible.
3、 The design must meet the purpose of simple shape, reasonable structure, simple and practical technology, avoid using other processing methods, which is conducive to stamping; the best is to use automatic stamping, to improve production efficiency.
4、 In the production of automobile stamping parts, the existing equipment and technological process should be used as much as possible for processing, which is conducive to prolonging the life of stamping die.
Precision metal stamping parts are mostly sheet stamping parts, which can be completed by stamping, bending, stretching and other processes; what are the principles to be followed when precision metal stamping?
1、 For the parts with simple stamping shape, single process is selected; for the parts with complex shape, due to the limitation of die, multiple processes are needed to make them. For the parts with high flatness and forming accuracy, a shaping process can be added later.
2、 For parts with high cross-section standard of precision metal stamping parts, it is considered to add finishing process after stamping or directly make precision die when opening the die; the number of processes should also meet the existing scale (equipment precision) and manufacturing height (powerful molding team) of the company.
3、 For the processing of precision metal stamping parts, the design of stamping parts should be simple in shape, reasonable in structure, convenient for stamping operation and reasonable in material saving.
There are many causes of bending and twisting caused by impact or extrusion of external force, and the damage caused by accident is common. Generally speaking, the bending and skew deformation near the impact or extrusion center are serious and easy to find. The slight deformation depends on the detection tool and the comparison with the design size data to determine the degree of deformation. Sometimes it can also be judged by observing the relative position of adjacent parts of sheet metal parts.
The deformation of the body frame, beam and column can be corrected by bracing and pulling method. The direction of bracing and pulling force should be opposite to the direction of deformation force. If the right front corner of the roof collapses after being hit, the right door frame and the right front corner of the windshield frame will be deformed, and the door cannot be closed. The deformation of the car frame is mainly at the upper right corner of the door frame. Push the jack between the upper right corner and the lower left corner of the door frame, and rotate the handle to make the screws at both ends extend.
With the extension of the jack screw, the upper right corner of the roof gradually rises, the windshield frame also resets accordingly, and the door frame can also be gradually restored. Another example is that the left side of the car is impacted, resulting in the concave of the center pillar between the two doors on the left side. At this time, the manual hoist can be used. One end is fixed at the damaged part of the center pillar, and the other end is fixed on the solid pillar and wall. Pull the guide chain to shorten the chain, and the concave part of the center pillar will be reset gradually.
When straightening the frame, beam and column of the body with the support pull method, the base plate should be placed at the contact between the vehicle sheet metal part and the support pull tool to avoid new damage. The tearing caused by the impact and extrusion of external forces is accompanied by the extension of the sheet metal and the loss of part of the sheet metal, commonly known as "lack of meat".
If the damage is relatively light, the torn part shall be repaired smoothly first, then welded. If possible, CO2 gas shielded welding shall be used. The welded junction shall be flattened, and then the ductility bulge shall be measured. If necessary, the concave convex damage repair method shall be used. In case of severe damage and "lack of meat", it is necessary to consider patching or replacing new parts according to their degree and shape.
