The process design of precision sheet metal mainly includes two aspects: process analysis of blanking parts and determination of blanking process scheme. With good processability and reasonable process scheme, the high quality crystal can be obtained stably with small material consumption, less process quantity and working hours. The die structure is simple and the die life is high. Therefore, the labor and blanking cost can be reduced.
Precision automobile sheet metal parts are the basic process equipment to realize sheet metal processing. The surface quality, precision sheet metal dimensional accuracy, productivity and economic benefits of sheet metal stamping parts all depend on the reasonable design and manufacture of stamping die structure. Therefore, at present, the design and manufacture of stamping die are developing in the following three directions.
When the welding slag is removed by enemy strike, it is strictly forbidden to look directly with naked eyes, and the eyes shall be properly shielded and protected. No open hole welding is allowed at any time. To maintain ventilation in the workshop and weld in a closed environment or sealed container, corresponding air supply measures must be taken, and special personnel shall be responsible for monitoring.
The welding of pressure vessels of dangerous goods transport vehicles must be approved by fire work, and the storage tanks should be digested, cleaned and replaced according to the requirements. The operation can be carried out after the inspection and confirmation, and the operation can be carried out under the supervision of special personnel. Clean up the operation site at any time, place the workpiece regularly, and stack the welding slag in a safe place to prevent scalding and fire hazard. The processability of blanking parts refers to the adaptability of blanking parts to blanking process. In general, the structural shape, accuracy requirements, form and position tolerance and technical requirements of the parts have great influence on the process of precision sheet metal. Whether the stamping process is reasonable or not affects the quality of blanking parts, die life, material consumption, precision sheet metal productivity and so on.
The structure and process of blanking parts should be as simple as possible, symmetrical and avoid complex shape curves. If permitted, the blanking parts should be designed into the shape of less and no waste layout, so as to reduce the waste. The two ends of the rectangular hole should be connected by circular arc to facilitate the mold processing. At the joints of straight lines or curves of blanking parts, sharp corners shall be avoided as far as possible. In addition to less or no waste layout or the use of mosaic die structure, there should be appropriate fillet connection, in order to facilitate the mold manufacturing and improve the die life.
