What are the selection principles of automobile stamping die?
2020-05-06 15:42:07

The realization of all kinds of stamping process has its basic motion mechanism, which is closely related to the die. The structural design and mechanical design of all kinds of dies are to meet the requirements of realizing specific motion. Whether the designed die can achieve the required movement of stamping process strictly or not directly affects the quality of automotive stamping parts, so the mechanical movement should be controlled in the die design. At the same time, in order to meet the requirements of the shape and size of products, we should not stick to or be limited to the basic movement mode of various processes, but should continue to develop and innovate, and use the mechanical movement flexibly in the mold design.

Automobile stamping parts

At present, we make many products with mold, and then use mold to make them, which can improve production efficiency. Also has many friends to consult about the automobile stamping die choice principle which has?

Selection principle of stamping die:

1. First of all, consider the punch set under "select stamping die". Analyze whether the straight line to be punched is greater than or equal to 1.5 times of the side length of the punch for the set square die. When the inner side of the stamping curve of the circular die is analyzed whether the diameter of the arc to be punched is greater than the diameter of the punch. If so, use the set punch.

2. The contour can be classified into the basic figure. First, search the punch library to find out whether there is a punch die that is completely consistent with the contour and can be punched out with a punch action. If there is such a die, the punch die set under "select punch die" will be ignored and the found punch die will be used directly.

3. For rectangular contour, when the long side is greater than or equal to 1.5 times of the short side, it will automatically search for whether there is a square stamping die consistent with the short side of the rectangle. For long circular groove or circular groove, it will search for whether there is a circular stamping die with the same groove width. If there is one, it will directly use the die. If the above two steps are not sure, it is considered to use the square or circular stamping die to step for straight line or arc.

4. If the set die is not suitable, the system will search for the square or circular die from small to large in the stamping die library, and use the straight line to meet the requirement of stamping is greater than or equal to 1.5 times of the side length of the die.
